A.D. Fast is a writer who lives in St. Catharines, Ontario. She graduated from the University of
Western Ontario's English program and now writes non-fiction educational texts and fiction novels, and works as an internal communications specialist for various companies. Sound boring? Well, how about the fact that she has fabulous hair, and used to sing professionally in a band. Yup. Seriously. Although this mom of two young boys spends a lot of her time at the school, on a soccer field, or at her computer, she can still jam with the best of them.
She enjoys fitness, hair products, great books, and great jeans. She also loves to cook and spend time with her best friends.
